Professional Supervision

Gemma offers clinical supervision to Social Workers and human service workers, including welfare providers, DFV sector workers, health clinicians and out-of-home-care/ youth workers. 

Supervision may be offered individually or in group/ team settings. 

Supervision focuses on building a safe place to explore personal values and their integration into professional practice. Supervisees are invited to reflect on their knowledge and areas for growth, refining skills and building on ideas of solidarity to increase sustainability.
